Dancin' Ballroom Dancing Studio is the longest established Ballroom Dancing Studio in Montgomery, Alabama. It was started in 1987 by Ray Farris. The location is at 3847 Narrow Lane Road (halfway between Baptist Hospital South and Montgomery Country Club and Huntingdon college). We are the only studio in Montgomery to bring into Montgomery for both Coaching and Performing, 9United States, Canadian, and World Champions, including Linda & Lee Wakefield Pierre Allaire & Mireaux Villeux Bill Sparks & Shirley Johnson Bruno Collins & LuAnne Pullium Rick Valenzuela & Melissa Dexter Bob Powers & Julia Gorchakova Tony Meredith & Melanie LePatin Corky & Shirley Ballas. many of whom can be seen on the TV Shows, "Dancing With the Stars"and "So You Think You Can Dance", either performing or choreographing the dances. Our hours are from 1pm to 10 pm daily, Monday thru Friday, and 1pm to 6pm on Saturdays, except that we stop teaching at 6pm on Friday to have our weekly Student Practice Party, which is from 8:30pm - 11pm. |
